§Ingredients:

§50ml Belvedere Orange

§25ml Aperol
2 bar spoons of rhubarb& ginger jam

§3 drops of peychaud bitter's

§Method: Shake over ice all the ingredients, and strain into a old-fashioned glass with ice.

§Garnish: Orange twist
