nTasting Notes: Lemon Verbena as an intense, fresh lemon aroma. The taste echoes the aroma but is less strong; it is more lemony than a lemon, but lacks the tartness. The aroma of dried leaves is retained for up to a year.

nCocktail Recipe: Verbena Martini
n12 Lemon Verbena leafs
n12.5ml Apricot liqueur
n50ml Tanqueray gin
n12.5ml Vanilla syrup
n25ml Apricot juice/puree
nShake over ice and strain into a Martini glass.
nGarnish: with 2 lemon verbena leafs
